Any Special Considerations to Note
It is necessary to book an appointment to view the building with security before being allowed past the gates. Please try to give us at least 6 hours notice and keep in mind that appointments must be set through a government office in Victoria with hours of M-F 9:00 to 4:30.
Train tracks run directly behind building, however they pass 3 times per day on schedule causing about 5 minutes of noise per passing. Shunting takes place further East, thus causing no ongoing noise concerns.
