Description

The house, which was built at the turn of the century sits at the corner of a forty acre parcel of waterfront property facing Vancouver. The house has lots of character and would be suitable for a period piece or as a modern day ‘weekend getaway.’ There is sleeping house in the back and there is also a caretakers cottage on the property which has a ‘cabin in the woods’ aura. The property has a private beach, a bridge crosses a fresh water stream, dramatic cliffs over the water, lots of untouched forest with easy access for film crews, a 1920’s grass tennis court, and many other features that make the place very versatile.

There is a four bedroom cedar cabin on the property. At the far end of the property there is a white sand beach which is positioned in such a way as to face across the water to the islands far in the distance. This is one of the rare beaches near Vancouver that can double as a tropical beach if the right angles are used.
