Location: Great waterfront location 4 minutes from the Second Narrows Bridge and just down the road from Lions Gate Studios on the North Shore.

Building: Big enough to park a Fastcat in… The building is approximately 412 feet long, 140 feet wide, and 90 feet high and completely enclosed. The sound quality is excellent for a building that is not built to studio standards. There is plenty of parking for film crews. The building has flat cement floors, excellent ventilation, more than ample power supplies for a production, restroom facilities, and an enormous roll up door that opens one entire wall of the building onto the harbor. There are no offices in the building however, there is ample parking for the entire production, circus, catering, etc. inside the building. Mobile offices are easily installed anywhere in the building.
